These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("You" or "You") and metaplus Project ("metaplus", "We", "Us" or "Us"). The Terms and Conditions stipulate the use of metaplus Services provided to you on or through the Platform or otherwise. metaplus Services may be provided by metaplus, or any Product Terms and Conditions or Additional Terms and Conditions may be provided by any metaplus Affiliate if specified in these Terms and Conditions.

By registering for an metaplus account, accessing the platform and/or using metaplus Services, you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions and any additional documents or terms and conditions mentioned in these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge and agree that you will be bound and complied with these Terms and Conditions, which are updated and amended from time to time.

If you understand and disagree with the full contents of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register for an metaplus account, access or use the platform or metaplus services.

Good for:

Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations within the jurisdiction of participants, as well as all jurisdictions governing organizers and/or this metaplus Terms and Conditions.

Participants must provide the correct and complete information required by the organizers for metaplus participation.

Organizers reserve the right to request additional information from participants and verify their identity and qualifications.

Organizers, at their sole discretion, will determine metaplus participation eligibility criteria, including the amount of tokens to be distributed to eligible participants who meet the specified criteria. Other eligible participants may receive different amounts of tokens on certain metaplus based on the criteria determined by the Organizer for that metaplus. Organizers are not obligated to inform potential metaplus participants of metaplus's eligibility criteria prior to executing such metaplus.

Organizers reserve the sole and absolute right to disqualify participants deemed ineligible for metaplus (ineligible under metaplus Terms and Conditions or involved in conduct deemed inappropriate or unacceptable by the Organizers).
